We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and high-quality experience for all members and guests. Please review our refund policy carefully prior to making any purchase.

Membership Fees (Silver, Gold, Lifetime)

• All membership initiation fees are non-refundable once purchased.

• Memberships are considered active upon purchase and initiation of onboarding (including contract issuance).

• Failure to complete required steps (such as the Club Safety Course or documentation) does not qualify for a refund.

Monthly / Recurring Membership Payments

• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle.

• No partial refunds or prorated amounts will be issued.

Range Bookings: Shooting Experience Packages

• Range bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed bookings or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are considered used and forfeited.

​

Courses & Training (Including Club Safety Course)

• Course purchases are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Failure to attend a scheduled course will result in forfeiture of the booking.

Guest Passes

• Guest passes (including 1-Day Guest Passes) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Guest passes may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Retail Purchases (If Applicable)

• Any retail items purchased at the facility are subject to Firearms Outlet Canada Inc.’s standard retail return policy.

• Ammunition, firearms, and safety-related items may be final sale, in accordance with applicable laws and store policies.

Facility Closures or Interruptions

• In the event of unforeseen closures (maintenance, safety issues, or force majeure), FOC Gun Range will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Reschedule bookings, or

  • Provide a credit for future use

• Refunds will only be issued at management’s discretion.

Membership Suspension or Termination

• Any member suspended or terminated due to violation of range rules, safety policies, or staff instructions will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.

​

Processing of Approved Refunds

• Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

​

Policy Agreement

By purchasing a membership, booking, course, or guest pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
